I have researched days and nights trying to boost the Dial-up speed of our browsing equipments provided by the Networks (MTN, ZAIN, ETISALAT & GLO). I have downloaded software’s that promise to boost your connection up to 10kb /s but they all have failed me. Imagine the speed I use to download before was barely 2kb/s and I thought it was my location because it was not even a question of my PC cause it’s a Desktop that I cloned myself. Its configuration is:

Brand: Asrock motherboard

CPU: Pentium 4 dual core (1 physical and 2 logical)

Processor Speed: 3.0GHZ

Memory: 512mb

Modem: Nokia 6085

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 3.6.10, Opera 10.63, Internet Explorer 9

Even with the above standard, i still experience slow speed. But finally, i present to you a workable solution to all difficulties in enjoying browsing and downloading with speed up to 25kb/s at peak period and 40-60kb/s at off peak period. Imagine i just downloaded a 38.9mb file for just 28minutes before posting this at 1:20pm which is termed to be a peak period.



There are two ways to go about it:

1. By Direct Edit:
